  19. That's not legal in North Carolina, so you'll want to fix your 
  20. Distribution header to have a negative distribution for all NC sites. 
  21. It's very easy, and here's how.

  23. For instance, in order to prevent articles from getting to NCSU, you 
  24. would set the header to look like this:

  26. Distribution: -ncsu
  27.  
  28. The news software will interpret this as meaning that the post is to go 
  29. everywhere but NCSU. To prevent the article from propogating in the 
  30. United States, you would set the header to look like this:

  32. Distribution: -us
  33.  
  34. As you can see, that little "-" will make a world of difference when you 
  35. post, as it can also prevent your articles from reaching certain sites, 
  36. thereby bypassing certain people and not allowing them to comment on your 
  37. post.
